Beaugency Napoleon

Beaugency spirit is breed and bottled in the city of La Rochelle (south-western France, same region than Cognac). It’s in this city that the Dutch merchants distilled spirits for the very first time, in the 16th century. The distillation process was imported before, from Arabic countries, in the 10th century and adapted to the local consumption trends. Since then, the Beaugency family has been improving its methods and its level quality, without losing anything of its traditions. Thanks to its unique location by the Atlantic Ocean, the Beaugency’s cellar is exposed to a sea air that gives to its spirit this typical salty and smooth taste in addition to its wood and floral aromas. This French spirit is the perfect for aperitif mixed in nice cocktail, nature after a nice meal as digestive, and it can be a good match for seafood and gourmet dishes.
