Bruno Paillard

Champagne Bruno Paillard is the youngest but nevertheless one of the most prestigious Champagne houses. Highly praised for the character and elegance of its wine. These champagnes are unsurpris-ingly one of the favorites of the high-end hotels and restaurants worldwide. Bruno Paillard, the owner and founder of the house in 1981, took his uncompromising qualitative approach from his family’s centuries old tradition of growing and broking Champagnes. The distinctive characteristic of his Champagnes is the result of an extra care taken at every level of winemaking: he uses only first press juices coming from a careful selection of grapes grown in their vineyards, many located in “First Growth” villages. Wine critics are enthusiastic and place Bruno Paillard at the high end of Champagne production.

Bruno Paillard champagnes mature in the cellars for an average of 3 years for the multi vintage wines and 7~12 years for the single vintage wines. All bottles carry the disgorgement date on the back label, a quality step pioneered in the region by Bruno Paillard. After disgorgement, all bottles are returned back to cellars for minimum of 3 months before being labeled and shipped.
