Château Minuty

The vineyard of Chateau Minuty has a remarkable exposure on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez. Chateau Minuty’s outstanding rosés are a blend of a majority of Grenache, the “king-pin varietal for rosés”, and of Tibouren, symbolic of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, a varietal which was kept in order to maintain the typical character of the wines. In 1955, Chateau Minuty became one of 23 wineries to be classified as the distinguished ? Cru Classé des C?tes de Provence ?, or Classified Growths of the C?tes de Provence. Since that time it has become one of the most famous Provence rosé wine and has grown a reputation within the jet set as the drink reference for summer-
parties.
