From 1630, our family is working day after day the soil of Pouilly sur Loire. 300 years later, André Chatelain built the foundations of our international notoriety. The 12th Chatelain descent now rules over the 30 hectares domain of Pouilly Fumé vineyards.

A great creativity freedom and meticulous choices of assembly allow us to propose a fine, balanced and distinctive wine. Today, in the vintages of the Chatelain domain, We can find all the knowledge and work of the winemaker.

A local fondness exploited with Pouilly Fumé in a traditionnal manner. All the soils are cultivated without weedkillers. The winery is entirely buried and has a constant temperature. The mastering of the winemaking labors by the Chatelain staff is undoubtedly the highlight of the exploitation. 10 persons are working at the domain, and some of them have been for a long time.

The wines of the domain are created to mix with all dishes. They bring the sophistication and boldness in the friendly moments.
