Gustave Lorentz

Founded in 1836, the Gustave Lorentz vineyards, headed by Georges Lorentz, have always been kept in the family heritage and therefore enjoy a “savoir-faire” of a1most two hundred years. Half of the vineyards are situated in Altenberg of Bergheim and Kanzlerberg, two renowned hills in Alsace for the extraordinary quality of their wines. Thus, the production was classified as Grand Cru in 1993, which is the highest level in the Alsace wine classification. With a large range of single varietal outstanding wines, Gustave Lorentz is one of the most recognized vineyards from Alsace.

The Lorentz family have been cultivating its passion for wine in Bergheim for more than two and a half centuries.
