This real heritage of the past is situated in the heart of Chablis appellation, exactly where Cistercian monks practiced wine making from the 12th century. Made of 100% Chardonnay, grapes are sourced from forty years old vines and produce a complete range: Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
